Consultants are expected to present their original work.

Abstract should not exceed more than 300 words.
Abstract should include Title, Aim, Methods, Results & Conclusion.
Abstracts will be reviewed by the abstract review committee and shortlisted.
For Paper presentation, submit a PPT of no more than 10 slides.
For Poster presentation, submit a single landscape slide that is self-explanatory and uses appropriate graphs and images.
Paper presentation: 7 minutes presentation and 2 minutes discussion, for a total of 9 minutes.
Poster presentation: 5 minutes presentation and 2 minutes discussion, for a total of 7 minutes.
Video presentation: 5 minutes presentation and 2 minutes discussion, for a total of 7 minutes. Submit a written abstract now; present the full video live during the prelims.
Selection will be based on subject content, slide layout and neatness, appropriate use of graphs, charts and images, review of literature, and discussion.
Exceeding the time will fetch negative marks.
The decision of the judges will be final.
